Yes, we’re originally from Texas… Indeed, it is pretty cold up here in NW Michigan, but let us regale you with tales of 110 degree August days and skin scorched by the vinyl of your driver’s seat! Luckily Chris spent his freshman year of college in Ashland, WI on the Chequamegon Bay of Lake Superior, so snow isn’t a completely foreign concept to us… but as Michigan-native friend wryly proclaimed, “It’s not- Have you spent a winter up north, it’s- Have you spent ten winters up north?” We're happy to be a part of Benzie County, and we're looking forward to all the seasons to come.
