Explore the upside-down with a whimsical take on a Mad Hatter's garden party. A little bit surreal, a little bit silly and very creative! Participating artists include, Katie Ward, Marti Liddle-Lameti, Laurie Eisenhardt, Stephanie Gregg, Shannon Johnson and more.
