Halloween Open "Yard" - First Congregational Church of Frankfort

Long ago, someone had a wonderful idea to open the doors of the church to Trick-or-Treaters.  We will be open for people to stop in and warm up, but we won't be serving anything this year.  Restrooms available.  The church is a popular spot for families to meet, rest, and determine the rest of their evening, plus it is a great way to safely "download" candy.
