10am Parade downtown on Main Street and Forest Ave. Also at 10am Art in the Park Craft Fair along the path in the Mineral Springs Park. 12-2pm Sand Castle Sculpture Contest along the shore at the beach. Also the Carnival in The Open Space starts at 10am and the Fabulous Frankfort Fireworks are at Dusk!
