Betsie Valley Trail - Brew to Brew Bike Event

The Friends of the Betsie Valley Trail are excited to announce the first “Brew-to-Brew Trail Day” event!

They have teamed up with Stormcloud Brewing Company and Five Shores Brewery to offer the
public a fun day on the Betsie Valley Trail. With a minimum donation of $25, participants will
receive vouchers for two free beers – one at Stormcloud and one at Five Shores.

“The Brew-to-Brew Trail Day is an opportunity for folks to get out on the Trail and have some
fun,” commented Jim Gribble, Friends Public Relations person. “We hope the event is a
successful fundraiser that we can repeat each year.”

“The event is self-guided,” Gribble explained, “Participants can choose to ride the trail or not.
Some may want to ride the full 20-mile loop between Stormcloud Brewing in Frankfort and Five Shores Brewing 
in Beulah. With the help of Benzie Bus, we’re offering the ability for riders to go just one way
and get shuttled back to their cars. Benzie Bus will be offering complementary rides, including
bikes, to those who want to do the 10-mile trip.”

A minimum $25 donation includes vouchers for a free beer at both Stormcloud Brewery and at
Five Shores Brewery. The vouchers will be valid for one week.

On the day of the event, registrants can pick up their free beer vouchers at either the
Stormcloud Downtown Pub or at Five Shores between 10am and 2pm. You can also register on the same
day at either of these locations. The event will take place rain or shine.
