Our next 10-week session of The Journey Program starts on Tuesday\, 3/12/24 at 1pm\, pre-registration is required for this class. \n\nThe Journey Program is a free 10-week exercise program for newly diagnosed cancer patients\, those who are undergoing treatment\, in remission and cancer survivors up to two years post treatment. Trainers meet the individual needs of each participant incorporating strength training\, cardiovascular exercises\, core\, balance\, flexibility and postural retraining in this small group setting.
